Springboarding into the market in 2023, Crestview Homes has been built upon the history and extensive expertise of its sister companies, Sheriff Construction (which was founded in 2005) and Limon Homes, which has been developing outstanding housing schemes in Luton and the Home Counties since 2019. 

With an ambition to grow our presence across the public, private and third sectors within a 60-mile radius of Central London, we’ve now consolidated this experience into the creation of Crestview Homes. Our solid background has helped us build the company upon a set of principles that are traditional yet forward-thinking with a wholehearted approach to sustainability and giving back to the communities in which we develop. We are prudent about making strategic investments, committed to maintaining strong relationships with partners, innovative in always looking to use the creative and ingenious new inventions or solutions that are entering our ever-changing industry, and focused on adding value through both the standards of our work and the adoption of sustainability practices.

Crestview Homes is particularly motivated to deliver high-quality housing schemes through the regeneration of brownfield sites and is welcoming of existing landowners who wish to explore or expand partnerships to develop together.
