Kingham Way
This collection of former milliner workshops and hat factories was transformed into a private gated development of high-specification apartments, houses and bungalows. All thanks to one of our Joint Venture partnerships with the existing landowners.
Working together to plan, develop and finance the development. The result was a superb mixed-tenure collection of distinctive and characterful accommodations built and fitted out to the highest standards.
Liverpool Road
In this Joint Venture partnership with a local investor, we took a derelict car park and reimagined it into a modern development of nineteen, 1, 2 & 3 apartments offered to both the private sale and rental markets.
Set over three storeys and surrounded by a well-thought-out soft landscaping plan. The apartments benefitted from our distinctive, high-quality approach to fittings and fixtures, with modern energy-saving features included as standard across all Crestview projects to ensure running costs for our residents are kept to a minimum.
