Round Green, Luton
In 2018, Crestview Homes successfully converted a disused Public House into this modern, low-rise complex of 1 & 2-bedroom apartments, with well-designed landscaping and ample parking. As well as ensuring the highest quality workmanship throughout the construction phases, all of the apartments were finished to a high specification. This included larger-than-average floor plans, sleek bathroom designs, beautifully integrated energy-efficient kitchens, triple-glazed windows and underfloor heating. Some apartments also featured lantern skylights and/or external roof gardens, giving residents fantastic views across the town.
We also created a functional and spacious commercial space at ground level, now occupied by a thriving local business.
North Street, Luton
Following the purchase of a brownfield site in Luton. Crestview set about creating this exciting new build development of fifteen 2-bedroom apartments, ensuring they benefitted from energy-saving features such as increased insulation thicknesses, underfloor heating systems, and A+-rated modern appliances. Offering a high level of specification at the fair price point, North Street has become a thriving building of happy residents who now call it home.
